I'm sorry but you guys never answer the phone and the front office is never open, a couple months back our water bill was up charged $100. you guys fixed it because our reader was wrong, i have tried to get in contact with the office for months to try and get stuff fixed and we have had to do it ourselves. it's unacceptable and unprofessional. please have someone contact me!
