We have used HH&W to buy three properties and sell two and I believe their local knowledge and expertise is unmatched but what makes them special is the level of service. Ronnie Hunt is our go to person for our Wrightsville Beach properties. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and going-ons about the island. We used him for condos and a house, and he led us in the right direction and was very helpful with 1031 exchange and what lawyers to use which saved us some money. I met Randy Williams from Hardee Hunt and Williams in April 2016 when I purchased a Wrightsville Beach condo at Cordgrass Bay. Randy was the sellers agent, but, left a lasting imprint on me. You'll be hard pressed to find a group with more Island knowledge than HHandW.
