Ronnie Hunt is our go to person for our Wrightsville Beach properties. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and going-ons about the island. We used him for condos and a house, and he led us in the right direction and was very helpful with 1031 exchange and what lawyers to use which saved us some money. I met Randy Williams from Hardee Hunt and Williams in April 2016 when I purchased a Wrightsville Beach condo at Cordgrass Bay. Randy was the sellers agent, but, left a lasting imprint on me. You'll be hard pressed to find a group with more Island knowledge than HHandW.
