I absolutely love Hardcore! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The classes are challenging, and there are plenty of times to choose from so I can always get a workout in, no matter how busy my day is. I absolutely love this gym! All the trainers are fabulous. The owners Candice and Kevin are wonderful caring people! Highly recommend!
I recently became a member of the gym and I am extremely happy. I take the Hit classes and have trained with both trainers, Kevin and Kyle. They are always so helpful with the proper technique and encouragement. I would not hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone. The owners are so friendly and make a point to address you by your name. It makes me feel very welcomed. They also have a lot of equipment for all kinds of workouts and body building. Last but not least, the gym is always very clean.
Hard Core Strength and Fitness is the real deal! The HIIT classes are intense, fun, and always changing—no two workouts are the same. The coaches are top-notch and truly care about helping you improve. What sets Hard Core apart is the energy. The community is so welcoming and positive. Everyone’s there to work hard, but there's always encouragement and good vibes all around. Highly recommend!
