Beware of their membership onboarding process. I toured this location and had a pleasant tour and interaction with the staff, but as we were discussing membership options, I indicated that I didn't want to commit to a membership until I had a chance to try out a class. I’ve been a member at HCF for some time (2 years) as I was locked in a contract, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. The gym closed their open gym hours for an entire month without adequate notice or any fair compensation for members who were still charged full price during the closure. This demonstrates a blatant disregard for paying customers. The open gym hours are constantly treated as an “as needed” service rather than a standard offering. POOR MANAGEMENT <<<NIKKO>>>BE MINDFUL WHAT YOU SIGN FOR. Been a member of HCF family for a year now and thoroughly enjoyed my workout and getting all professional help through the coaches at the Miramar studio. Only problem I had was when I cancelled my membership and had to follow up for days.
