Since i wrote my bad review and i am unable to take it down i am going to update on this one 3 months later. Our problems were fixed the next day we have had no other problems other than a minor leaky bathtub that maintenance will be by to fix later on or tomorrow. I am giving it 4/5 stars because while the rent is more reasonable than most places in this area there are some things that need updated like the parking can be very tight. Hardcastle is just plain lazy! I called for 4 months week after week to get them to fix my kitchen lights since they wouldn't stay on for more than 5 minutes. I have called several times about plumbing issues which always takes them 2 weeks to fix. The day before yesterday I called because our bathtub faucet would not turn off and they came and shut off our water and took apart our bathtub faucet and knobs then promised us a plumber would be there that day. I am very displeased with Hardcastle Realty. They neglected to make very neccessary repairs to the apartment, which resulted in a large water bill that I had to pay. I have been robbed by their choice to neglect a water leak, after I called multiple times. Also, they are unfair with their lease agreement and security deposit. Do not waste your time with them. You will receice MUCH better service at the Kensington apartments.
