Hardbat is an incredible gym with a truly welcoming community! From day one, I’ve always felt at home here. The coaches genuinely care about your progress and take the time to teach proper technique, ensuring safety and effectiveness. They’re also incredibly encouraging, especially during challenging workouts, which keeps me motivated. I’ve never had as much fun working out as I do here—it’s the perfect mix of fitness, friendship, and family!

The Gym is accessible at all times, and has a great variety of equipment, along with a great variety of other folks there: old & young, experienced & novice, fat & thin. It's a very welcoming environment for everyone, and folks are politely supportive of each other. I've been working here with Shawn Jones for a while, and have found him to very much threading the needle of gently pushing me to work harder at this, and it has paid off immensely. Coming from a globo style gym, I was skeptical of CrossFit. Since switching my quality of life has changed for the better. The coaches are all super knowledgeable and the community is super friendly.
