I am a mother of 4 kids and when I walked into Hard to Hold I did not know what to expect. What I did learn was that 2 years doing cardio left me no closer to the body I wanted. After weight training 6 months with Steve, I now have a great body!! I feel stronger and leaner than I ever was. I have fun at the gym, and I love that I dont need an appointment. He does not charge a cancellation fee and there are no gym dues. Steve has been doing this 30 years,and is better than any trainer I have met, and he is half the price.
