Dump Total dump. It hits you as soon as you open the door. That day after the big frat hoouse party smell. Disgusting. Dirtiest place I have ever been. Would have been cleaner in the alley by the dumpster. Felt sick for hours after eating that vile chili from that big dirty pot on the stove. Stay away. Unfortunately you have to give at least one star on this site, deserves none.
Great Chili Hard Times has a simple menu, it is all about the chili and their chili is very good. They offer a variety of chilis, served a number of different ways. You can have your chili over beans or spaghetti and they offer it on chili dogs and cheeseburgers as well.
Pretty good chile... and a friendly bunch of servers and customers. I like my 5way, though I do tend to regret it a few hours later. Definitely try the taste tester if you haven't been there before. Metro accessible at Clarendon and well worth trying.

When you come here even when it's nto busy the service is average at best. when it is busy it's worse. I would suggest take-out when it comes to this place.
