Dr. Rachel has been taking care of me for a couple months now, and I will never leave! She has such deep awareness for what the body needs and her care facilitates greater connection with oneself. I feel much better equipped to move through life with calmness and ease! She's the best in Norfolk, hands down.

I recently had my first ever chiropractic visit with Dr. Rachel. I had been curious about chiropractic but also nervous due to my numerous misalignments and chronic pain. With her thorough intake she listened to the results I wanted as well as the background of how I got there. I could just hug her!!!! I did a lot of research about the benefits of a baby having an adjustment by a chiropractor and I’m so happy I brought my 2 month old in!! I saw immediate improvement within hours. He slept a full 8 hours (he’s usually up every 3-4.hours) and has been a happy baby overall (hasn’t cried once today) His reflux wasn’t as much as it usually is and I’m hoping to take him off of prescribed medication with her healing touch.
