We had a great experience with Hard Rock Stone Works. We had bad experiences with our local granite companies in the past (Novi) so we decided to try HRSW on a recommendation from a friend. The process was fast and professional. The installers did a great job and we LOVE our new counters!!!
Being in customer service i know that it is not that hard to be polite. Every Person I talked to in the front office was horrible to deal with and when your talking about big ticket home improvement there is a reasonable expectation of respect and accommodation the buyer should have. When going to pick out the slab for our granite counter top the other was told that her appointment wasn't on file and it didn't really matter because the slabs were so similiar. would strongly recommend not using the sterling heights location. completely mis measured from easy to follow lowes template and will not fix! Rude costumer service would not return calls prior and after install date.
Mis measured counter and would not return calls prior to install date. I was put on hold for over 20 mins several times only to not speak with anyone. Still didnt fix problem not returning calls about fixing mistake. Installer admitted measurer messed up and took photo of template ey would fix problem. Costumer service rep yelled at me said it was my fault. No counter top after two weeks absulate nightmare. Guy did not show me measurements after he lazer shot them never called me back. We were extremely impressed with their entire operations. We had a large amount of granite installed, kitchen, bathrooms, vanity, showers and every guy at Hard Rock was a pro! I interviewed quite a few companies and there wasn't a single company who could match their expertise, customer service and workmanship! Hard Rock told us where to go to get the absolute best choices for marble & granite. You better wear comfortable shoes and warm clothes.
