I had a great time staying here. Unfortunately I left a dress in the closet at the hotel and I know it’s my fault. However, when I called the next day to have them check the front desk receptionist were not polite at all. They first said they couldn’t check because there was someone else there already and they would check in the morning then call me. Used a booking site and found after all the hotels extra charges our room rate almost doubled. On the 7th floor they have a humidity issue and smells of mold. Hotel Double charged us and refused to look into it and blamed the booking site until i mentioned fraudulent charge. After they looked they saw the mistake and fixed the extra withdrawl and charges.
Me and my boyfriend stayed one night for our anniversary and had an amazing time. We were impressed with the staff and how clean the hotel was. We hung out by the pool got dinner at the restaurant they had and even went to the arcade they had. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
