Great place. Lots of fun.
The hard rock does not know how to keep their parking lot across the street clean. I walk my dogs here every day and I have noticed the trash. The lighter trash blows into the neighbors yard and they’re forced to pick it up. There’s been a broken bottle on their propert For the last couple days and I’m sure we’ll be there for about a week or so. For being such an expensive hotel and well-known name, I would assume that they would have the staff to pick up the trash around the property.
I'm giving you 4 stars as I hope you can remedy the situation so it can be 5 stars. I come to your hotel once a month and enjoy a massage. I then eat a delicious meal in your restaurant. Sometimes I want to go into the jacuzzi and relax for a couple of minutes but the last 2 times, I've tried to enjoy the spa, there is a speaker right next to the jacuzzi which is very loud. To me, it doesn't make any sense to put a speaker next to the jacuzzi and blast music. Can you please move the speaker or turn it off so it can be a rela... read more
