When I built my dental office, the builder thought having brick at the entry porch would look classy. However, the "classy" look was not very friendly to my patients who have mobility challenges. So with the help of Hard Rock Concrete in Colleyville, the transition into the office is now smoother. Mark and his crew did a great job!
Tracey was super with the sales and administrative process. Smooth in every way. Mark showed up with his crew and the work was completed in a superior manner. We were actually pleasantly surprised at how the project turned out exceeding our expectations in many ways!! You can't go wrong working with Hard Rock Concrete. Our project even better than we had hoped and for a very reasonable price !!! How often can you find that in today's world?
My experience with Hard Rock Concrete has never been anything but stellar!! I have used them for projects at both my residence and business location and the work has always been quality and exactly what I wanted, on time and their customer service was always been available to answer my calls in a timely manner!! I HIGHLY recommend HRCC for any of your decorative concrete needs.

Once again more problems with the concrete work you did and attempted to patch multiple times. I see you've deleted our honest review from when we finally had share a review just to get you to return our calls. Everything from day 1 has been utterly unprofessional. Wishing now we hadn't shopped around for the cheapest company to do such a simple job. Lesson learned!
Warning: Do NOT do business with this company. Very poor all around. The customer service is simply the worst I've experienced anywhere, ever. Not only did I have to have them come out 5 times to fix the job, I now have holes in my concrete after only 1 year due to the shoddy work. Now they refuse to come out (or even give me a date to fix it). Don't be fooled by other reviews as likely this one and others will be deleted.
Hard Rock extended our patio and added a pergola with the concrete stamped and stained. The design phase was excellent being able to visually see the design we had in mind. It has been a great addition to our home.
Hard Rock just completed a project at our home & we absolutely love it. They stamped hard woods and they look real! Love!
