Hit our gas line (obviously didn't call the dig line first) and didnt even tell us then drove a skid steer over my sod and sprinkler lines. Initially refused to fix landscaping damage because the quotes I got "were impossible." No sense of responsibility or ownership for their work. Terrible to deal with and late, nearly 3 hours late. I would go ANYWHERE else. Run don't walk away from this shoddy business.
One brief encounter with their work. Cut our line. Tried to follow up. No response. Followed up again. No response. Followed up again and heard their previously unspoken motto: "Not our fault."
