The regular cleaning person or ownwer was not able to come so she sent 2 others in her place. I was shocked to find out they were done in just 90 minutes. It was one of the worst cleaning jobs I've ever had food and residue left over things that I specifically pointed out to clean were not done I know the owner apologized, but these employees represent you, and if they can't do better or as good as you, they don't need to be working for you!
A lady was sent out, and she didn't speak any English which made it hard to communicate. She then went on to do a horrible job. Even when I Gabe exact instructions. I was very disappointed
I contacted Maria through Facebook. She seemed to be fair and offered a fair price for cleaning my home. She said 2 people will be doing the clean. Instead she passed it off to some very newly immigrated person who did not even know the basics of operating a vacuum cleaner. The new person simply fumbled around in the bedroom doing absolutely nothing, not even making the bed, or cleaning surfaces, and moved on to the bathrooms.
