A lady was sent out, and she didn't speak any English which made it hard to communicate. She then went on to do a horrible job. Even when I Gabe exact instructions. I was very disappointed
I contacted Maria through Facebook. She seemed to be fair and offered a fair price for cleaning my home. She said 2 people will be doing the clean. Instead she passed it off to some very newly immigrated person who did not even know the basics of operating a vacuum cleaner. The new person simply fumbled around in the bedroom doing absolutely nothing, not even making the bed, or cleaning surfaces, and moved on to the bathrooms. Do not trust! This cleaning services.they lie about there prices! Maria is awful.cleanness is poor.they need be reported to the BBB.
Excellent deep clean job by Maria Lokhvytska. She did an amazing job removing tough grease stains from my kitchen wall and making my base boards and floors shine. Great communication with support and staff. Nice and polite! Highly recommend for move in/out services. Thank you so much!!
