Don’t get a tattoo from Oscar! He won’t finish a tattoo! He did a quarter of a tattoo in five hours!!! I drove two hours to get work done from him and claimed he would finish the rest in three weeks! Not a man of his word! Never returns calls as he’s too busy dealing with his family issues! The place should be called good luck not hard luck!
