My husband and I went in the morning to reserve a truck for one day. Was told it would be $29. When we went back in the afternoon to pick it up a very rude man was at the desk and added on $30 for mileage which we were not told about. We were only taking it about a total of 10 miles. Needless to say, we canceled the reservation, and he was very sarcastic & snotty about that.Would not recommend this U-Haul provider to anyone! 0 stars

These guys were kind enough to rent us a trailer on a Friday night & when I asked what time to bring it back, I was told "as long as it's back in the lot before 7 a.m. Monday, you won't be charged extra" then we were charged for 3 days. When my husband went in & addressed it he was told by someone else that since we had it 3 days we were charged 3 days." We only had the trailer 2 days, and they wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue.
