Purchased a pair of “work” boots at the Spfld, Mo location approximately 9 months ago. The steel toe has worn through the inside lining of the left boot. Without wearing multiple socks, it is unwearable as it is wearing a sore on my toe. Spoke with Dan from the Springfield store. He was cordial, but advised the warranty was only good for six months. Some of the Best customer service I have received! I returned a Uhaul truck and was waiting on a friend, while I was outside the owner came out and offered me a bottle of water and to come inside to cool off. He helped me out and talked with me while I waited on a friend to pick me up while helping his other customers. Seeing how well Randy treats and values his customers, and how he cares about people, I know that if I ever need any safety supplies I will shop at HardHatGear.
