Jimmy is someone you can't trust. If you think about selling your property by him, never take his word for it. Fortunately, if your property is sold, it doesn't matter, but if it doesn't, you should scrutinize the contract you wrote with Jimmy. There may be tricks he's hidden. This is my first experience with Jimmy. It was very upsetting I hope there won't be another victim like me...I will never sell my property with Jimmy, Harcouts next time.
