Update: In reply they are acting like they don’t know what I am talking about. Whereas they exactly know as all issues were quite recent and unique. Lol. You have to constantly follow them up for things to be completed. From my experience, they don't actively suppprt in looking for tenants or the management of the property and just provide brief updates via email when you ask. I do not recommend this place.
Mitch is and has always been professional, highly skilled and very easy to deal with as a property manager. Never an issue too big or small. He always listens and gives advice. I would handover a property profile of any size to him with my eyes closed, and so should you.
Mitchell and the team at Harcourts have been excellent to work with over the years. I have engaged their services across a range of needs, including both buying and renting, and they have consistently delivered a high standard of service. They take the time to understand my requirements and recently found outstanding tenants for my rental property very quickly. Communication is always clear, and the team is professional, reliable, and attentive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.
