Extremely disappointing experience. Our instructions were not followed, and actions were taken without our written authority, which created significant stress and confusion. Communication became defensive rather than professional when concerns were raised, and we were pressured over matters that should never have arisen in the first place. I have multiple properties across Sydney and Australia. Bought and sold few properties earlier. Obviously dealing with many property agents all the time. But I have never experienced anyone like Harcourt before. They are unbelievably rude with clients. Kelly from property management one to mention. On their watch tenants painted rooms in different colours, put on gates wherever they wanted, put a XL size spa. And they never took any owner approvals.
