I highly recommend James Sisneroz with Harcourts. He made buying our first home feel like a breeze! He didn’t seem like just a realtor for us, but a friend as well. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and was there with us every step of the way. We couldn’t have had a better experience and if we buy/sell in the future we will definitely use him again.
A terrible experience for any low-income looking for help. They are tone deaf, insensitive, and unhelpful. I was asking for assistance with direct questions which were never answered but rather given short-ended responses that were not helpful. I asked one agent a question about mobile home lending programs and was simply told they can't be covered instead of being told which lenders could handle it.
