If you're looking for a real estate that communicates with you, keeps you up to date, and is on a schedule when making rental payments. Then this isn't the real estate agent for you. I can say thank you Barry plant though, if you weren't so terrible at your job my husband wouldn't have agreed to sell our property. Of course we went it a different agent which I can highly recommend Wetherall's Signature Realty.
Two months ago I was talking to Luke O'Dea about properties as I was moving back to Vic. It's extremely disappointing when a property manager can't even return your call. Call in the morning, sent a follow-up SMS. No call back.
I would highly recommend Luke ODea as a realtor he went above and beyond assisting with the sale of my property. It was the quickest sale ever and reaching well above expectations. His hard work and diligence was simply impeccable. If I was ever to sell a property again he would be the man. I think Barry plant is very very lucky to have him on their team.
