Our experience as a seller was absolutely terrible. Jo Cappola, the agent, always sided with the buyer and put immense pressure on us. They made false claims and this whole ordeal was a nightmare. It's incredibly disappointing to deal with such an untrustworthy agent. We have more properties to sell but we will never consider this real estate agency again. We are pursuing legal action. I strongly advise against anyone in the Warragul area using this real estate agency.
