As a Landlord, I had a horrible experience with Harcourts. As soon as they got my signature on the contract, the service went down hill. Lack of crucial communication, multiple mistakes from their end which was met with multiple apologies. I could write a whole story about everything that went wrong. They caused me immense stress. Do not go through Harcourts in Keilor.
Rosa was my property manager for a few months.She will try and steal your money if you let your guard down.Caught her out or her staff deducting from my rental income.Claiming it was for entry and new tenant inspection report,even though she was gifted 3 units from me,the tenants were already residing there.Contacted her and she did return the funds. Absolutely appalled at the commication and experience. Had booked in to do a property inspection with Lucy Cathie, which I had travelled over an hour for, only for it to be CANCELLED 4 MINUTES prior to the booked inspection. Not to mention the rental application had a different listed price to the one on the website, of which I attempted to reach out for clarification on to also no response.
Difficult when I can only select one option on the survey Have rented through Harcourts for approximately eight years and have found all our interactions to be polite, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended.
