I should have read all of these other reviews before I rented from Harcourts Rosny park. I have left the property and it is spotless, but the real-estate agent Sophie Berry has come out with a list to clean otherwise she will claim to get a professional cleaner in and charge me. Plus trying to get me to continue to pay rent after she has received the keys back 2 weeks ago on the date that she asked for them to be handed back... And there is so much more harrassment and bullying... Despicable behaviour...
I was a tenant with Harcourts Signature for two years, and unfortunately my experience dealing with Sophie Berry was extremely disappointing. I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Mel Collin as the property manager for my rental property. About two months ago, I was informed that the dishwasher was damaged. I immediately arranged and paid $180 for a technician to inspect the issue.
