Extremely disappointing experience when trying to inspect a rental property. I was sent an application link requiring income verification, references, employment history, rental history, car details, current real estate contact information, and much more — all just to book an inspection. I called the managing agent to ask if there was a less invasive way to arrange a viewing and explained that I’d be more than happy to provide those details if we decided to apply for the property.
