EDIT on 12/08/2026: Nothing has improved. Infact Harcourts Toukley has buckled down and continued to aid the landlord in breaking the residential tenancies act. I currently have an overdue bill of $2.3k for electricity due to the adjoining neighbours air-conditioner being connected to my power box. This has been proven repeatedly and this is after the hot water tank was investigated and found faulty. That investigation led to the electrician disconnecting the neighbours backyard lights and outside power points from my power ... read more
