We worked with Lisa and Lane team LE2 and they were amazing. They walked us through everything so we could understand. They were there for the inspection and appraisal. They are super knowledgeable and made sure we got everything taken care of and fixed before we moved on. They always answered my calls and text and checked in with us and let us know what was going on plus they worked hand in hand with our mortgage company seamlessly. I would recommend them to anyone.
Just gonna throw this out there - but if your client has a dog that constantly barks whenever the humans are out, a kid who "communicates" by banging on things throughout the day, and the client loves turning the bass up on their sound system, maybe directing said client to a condo that shares walls with other people is an egregiously inconsiderate idea.
