Reply to the agent's comment ： The buyer made a bid of $1,250,000. The auctioneer then approached us to confirm whether we were happy with the price, and we clearly agreed. We engaged Carlo and Greg (the auctioneer on the day) to sell our property before Christmas, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. During the auction, a price was called incorrectly and neither the auctioneer nor the agent appeared to notice the mistake at the time. Really unprofessional service The same price was after upon to be 1.25 million but they wrote the documents as 1.125 million so much money vanished Then they forced the owners to sign the paperwork with the wrong price, taking advantage of non native English speakers. Not happy at all
