I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences from this place. The paint on my ceiling is peeling and falling to my bed I’ve complained and got nothing lmao. I can’t speak for all but my apt is very crappy. Literally have to put in a work request for EVERYTHING, nothing but problems. Slum lords all about money. This is Zach harris 😂
RecommendedI rented with Harcourts prime for about 3 years. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone renting. Aaron has been very helpful from the first time we met. Any issues were fixed quickly and with no issues.
I rented from Harcourts for a little over a year and would 100% recommend renting from them. From the first time I met Aaron I told him what I was looking for and he immediately found the perfect place for me. Every time I put in a maintenance request the issue was fixed in a timely manner. Overall great experience.
We've been renting from Harcourts for 16 months and our property manager, Aaron Kyle, has always completed maintenance requests within a day. When our air conditioner went out, he provided portable swamp coolers. He also negotiated rent credit for hotel stays should the coolers not work. I highly recommend Harcourts rentals because of the excellent maintenance and property management.
I rented from Harcourts for a total of almost 5 years off and on. I had nothing but great experiences with them both times I rented. Aaron and Zach are both great, always quick to answer emails or any concerns I had. Very accommodating housing. The complex I lived in was very quiet, had a pool and the price was very reasonable. If I ever needed to move back to 29 Palms, they would be the first I would contact. Highly recommend!!
One of the best rental companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! Aaron was awesome and always quick to respond. We needed a place ASAP and he accommodated us. Signing the lease was quick and easy also! Whenever maintenance was needed there was someone always there within a day or two and all problems were taken care of quickly. Move out October 1st and received the check today (10/11) for our entire security deposit back. If I ever return to 29 palms we will for sure rent from this company again!
