Called to enquire about a property advertised, as per the number and agent listed. Could not have had a more confusing, passive aggressive and rude encounter. I have no idea why you are doing this as a job if someone enquiring about a property you are listing is that much of an aggravation for you. Complete lack of grace, professionalism and a horrible way to talk to someone making a simple enquiry as instructed on the listing. At least it was a lucky escape from potentially having this person as an agent.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing and exhausting experience dealing with this agency throughout a tenancy and bond dispute. What should have been a straightforward tenancy finalisation became weeks of confusion, ignored emails, contradictory information, and responsibility shifting between co-tenants and property management. Anmol was an extremely genuine and helpful property manager throughout the entirety of our rental lease. He was very responsive and was more than happy to help remedy any maintainance problems with the house. I didn't have any experience with the other property managers of Harcourts Petersham, but I can vouch that Anmol is quality.
