Our experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. Upon arrival, the house was full of mould, dirty, not clean at all. we were met with denial and refusal to take responsibility. Even worse, Kaila (our agent) attempted to accuse us of causing damage that was not only present when we moved in, but was documented in the condition report at the start of our tenancy— meaning she clearly knew about it.
