If I could give zero stars for Harcourts Launceston rentals, I would. Sales might deserve 5 stars, but rentals don’t even deserve one. When I moved into my rental, I was handed a condition report from 2020 instead of being given a proper new one. I raised concerns about the damages that were already there, but was told not to worry. On top of that, I was pressured into a lease transfer rather than being offered a proper new lease, like new tenants get now.
