I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. I purchased my property through them and later appointed them to manage it as a rental. The property remained vacant for more than 80 days, resulting in significant financial loss and unnecessary stress. During this entire period, communication was poor and there was little evidence of any urgency to secure a tenant. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and zero accountability. We bought an investment property through this agency and, unfortunately, chose to trust them with the rental management. It was a massive mistake that caused us nothing but immense frustration and stress. From the beginning, their service was incredibly poor.
