I'm a former tenant of Harcourts Peninsula Properties. Rented from them for a couple years. My experience with them went very smoothly overall. Good memories of Toni and Debbie. Just today I needed to get some paperwork from them that goes back a few years and was promptly emailed what I needed before I was even off the phone. George the maintenance man never let me down. Even got my car unlocked for me when I left my keys in there while it was HAILING outside. Pretty cool.
Heartless, greedy, and rude gaslighters who avoid all real-time communication and rely on AI to write the extremely few emails they actually bother to respond to. Owners and tenants must avoid Harcourts at all costs. Harcourts as a whole try to get away with awful things by hoping tenants don't know their rights, attempt to push new random costs on tenants illegally, and break contract terms then gaslight people through absurd reasoning that clearly breaks Washington state laws.... because they don't even read their poorly A... read more
Haven't even rented from them and the customer service is just awful. Due to their lack, I will have to look elsewhere. I bet the owners of these buildings don't realize they hired some really unwarm and unhelpful people to represent them. Par for the course around here.
Horrible customer service. You can't ever get ahold of anyone at any time. They don't care about you, they just want their money.
