Poor customer service. Manager refused to call me back despite calling every week for 6 weeks straight at the end of our lease. Refused to change inspection times. We cleaned the property for every inspection to a show home standard and refused to change inspection date or time even though we had family visit from overseas or when I was away for work and did not have a chance to hide personal belongings such as jewellery. We've just bough investment property at Nundah and then engaged Georgina to manage it. She was really helpful to go through the 'transition' period from the previous owner to us. She also always responded our all our queries via email and phone call in timely manner.
