Shockingly unprofessional, dishonest and bullying approach to shut the tenants up and avoiding any escalation. it doesn’t take much to get to the dark truth about this agency. just ask any of their actual tenants across Dundas Valley area. None is happy and all have a story of being bullied and treated badly by their staff.
