Excellent communication. Andrew and Adi really knows the local area inside out. When it came to signing the contract, he walked me through every detail and made everything so easy to understand. First agent in 30+ years I rate as 5* Andrew is the first agent I can honestly say is worthy of 5*. He worked overtime to get a sale across the line with a stubborn seller and incompetent sellers solicitor. The extra work involved made at least 5 times the normal workload for a sale yet there was never a word of complaint.
