Terrible experience with Harcourts Eternity. They are completely unprofessional, dishonest, and only care about money. Communication is non-existent, promises are never kept, and staff show zero respect for clients. Dealing with them was stressful, time-wasting, and a huge mistake. I strongly warn others – stay far away from this agency.
Extremely disappointed with Harcourts Eternity. The team was unprofessional, communication was very poor, and they never followed through on their promises. Calls and emails went unanswered, and instead of helping, they made the whole process stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agency.
