Worst agency I have ever dealt with. The first issue I had was with Shaktika who was extremely rude to my mother over the phone and hung up on her mid conversation. When I went into the office at Toongabie, I asked for her but she wasn't in, and told me they would deal with it. According to Sahil, shes known to come off arrogant, and informed me he would pass on my complaint, however never heard back.
