Karen Finch is honestly the worst agent I’ve dealt with when it comes to price negotiations and communication during the home-buying process. Her commitment and follow-up with buyers after making an offer were absolutely terrible — such poor communication on her end. She promised to keep us updated, but failed to do so. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Karen while trying purchasing my first home. As a first-time buyer, I was hoping for guidance and support throughout the process, but unfortunately, this agent did not meet those expectations.
