We attended the inspection at 1/8 Dunnell Rise, Berwick with Abraham. Unfortunately, he showed no real interest in the property and behaved in a cold and indifferent manner throughout the inspection, making us feel as though we were being ignored. Even when we asked simple questions, he often responded with “I don’t know,” which gave the impression that he was unwilling to fulfil his responsibilities. We attended a property inspection with Abraham Ibrahim from Harcourts and were very disappointed. He didn’t greet or introduce himself, and throughout the inspection, he was cold and unapproachable. When we asked a basic question about the land size, he replied, “No idea.” At the end, we said goodbye, but he didn’t respond. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. I put in an offer and was asked for a deposit for 2k for a property in Dandenong North. We did that, signed the offer and did not hear anything for the next 48 hours. After a few follow up, we were told the vendor wanted more and decided to negotiate with another buyer. Thats fine! Despite 4 follow ups through email and SMS, I haven't got the refund after 1 week.
