PATHETIC SERVICE...AND THAT TOO CONSISTENT... I have been renting my property in Dandenong through Harcourts for the last three years; this is one of the stupidest decisions I have ever made. Highly incompetent. I had two investment properties that I had managed by Harcourts, the tenants for my first property left the house in Feb/March last year in a horrible state and the bond did not cover the damage, my expectation would have been that these issues would have been rectified during the routine inspections but when I asked them to be rectified after the routine inspections I was told it would be resolved once the tenants vacate the property however this did not happen as the bond didn’t cover all the damage, th... read more

CHRIS ZHANG IS JUST A DISGUSTING DISHONEST CROOK. All I can say is utterly disgusting behavior .I am owner of 5 William court officer property and It was put on rent through them .I decided to sell it through their agency but the offers I got were not even worth consideration .Then they got a buyer but his loan was not approved.
