*Edit* They claim it was lack of contact from the owner but less than 24hrs with the new realestate and nearly everything has been booked in for repairs. Not to mention i had to provide all documents to new realestate because of course they did the dodgy and didnt send the completed PCR just the one they did stating everything was fine.
