My experience with Harcourts Algester was extremely disappointing. In particular, the manager Georgina Lord showed very poor communication skills. She often replied late or not at all, which caused repeated inconvenience, and she showed no sense of responsibility in resolving issues. Her lack of professionalism and disregard for clients left me deeply dissatisfied. I would never want to deal with this agency again.
