Laziest sales consultant I have ever come across. I was prepared to pay above the asking price, but was told only to make offers within the asking range. Then, without any indication, I was told the property sold above asking. As a buyer, it’s in my best interest to pay the lowest possible price, and as an agent, it’s in their best interest to achieve the highest price — but honesty and transparency are the minimum I expect. This was neither.
