Process of gaining a rental with Olivia was amazing. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist us through the whole process
Update: 29 January 2025 - Our two years with Olivia as our agent were mostly seamless, and issues were always promptly resolved. However, there was one instance where I was charged for the replacement of 10 small windows, even though I had only broken one. I questioned this and was told it was my responsibility to cover the cost for 10 (despite there already being a window replaced in the same door that already wasn't the same as the original glass). Our property manager Olivia and the team made the entire rental application and tenancy process super easy and stress free! Even connecting utilities was made easier through them! Tenants can often be made to feel less-than in the rental market, but happily that has been the opposite of our experience with Harcourts Mount Barker, and it was very unexpected and especially lovely to receive a thoughtful housewarming gift and personalised card upon arrival at our new home!
