Loved it!! We lived there for 1 year the space is affordable but only gave it 4 out of 5 because I didn’t really enjoy paying for my laundry and paying for parking! But the company as a whole was nice! Would live their again!

I lived here for nearly 2 years. I love the Harcourt Arms building- it's a beautiful location if you're into vintage style and are low maintenance when it comes to appliances. The history of the building is fascinating. Rallies and concerts are nearby since it's right next to the Capitol and Civic Center Park. The art museum is only a couple blocks away and you have tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Did I mention it's a beautiful historic building?
