Harco Buford not only has all the outdoor equipment I need for my yard but they have the best customer service! So knowledgeable and helpful in pointing me in the right direction for what I need. Thank you guys!
Worst customer service ever, not renting from them again. We used to rent equipment here every time we needed it but this last time was a horrible experience including at the fact that their service representatives started laughing and making fun of my husband. A discriminatory place for sure. Do not rent here.
Bad customer service. I was told repairs, warranty work, and service would be completed in 2weeks. It’s been more 2 months and I just got my mower back. No communication unless initiated on my end. This additional down time cost me a couple thousand dollars. And when asked if they would be willing to discount some of the service cost, I was told there nothing that can be done. Harco Be Better!
Harcos Tools is exceptional! Billy and Brad provide outstanding professional service and are consistently customer-focused. I highly recommend them for both service and equipment rental. Truly the best in the business!
Worst experience with a rental company ever. First Scissor lift didn’t work properly. Second scissor lift didn’t even have a charge. Could barely make it to the trailer to return the machine. Their incompetence will cost you money
