I have lived in this building for four years, and it has been a great place to call home. Although the building is older, it is very well maintained, clean, and well cared for. One of the things I appreciate most is the excellent management. Natalia, the building manager, is always professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any concerns. Avoid CAPREIT Harbourview Apartments at all costs!! BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE! This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had, and I am now moving out due to serious health and safety concerns. I have documented ongoing moisture and mold issues in my unit, supported by toxicology reports. Despite repeatedly raising these concerns, they were not properly addressed.
