I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. They were extremely unprofessional. I called to book an appointment and was told that the doctor would call me, but I was not given any specific timeframe. I waited the entire day for a call that never came. I was also not informed about the delay or cancellation and only received an update after I followed up myself. Patients deserve clear communication and better customer service. I have been going to this clinic since it first opened and receptionist services were good but it got worse and I started to go back there again and and the staff working there are way better and Amitoj, Pavneet, and Arsh are better to deal with ! Staff services make patients coming back and keep up the good work girls! 🫡
Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Dr. Okoromadu is very helpful. He listened attentively and took time to explain whatever I asked.
