I'm one of Dr McLeans original patients, she looks after me like I was family. I love this clinic.
Amazing now...no more Karens working at the front desk or as my son referred to her, "The Dragon Lady". I dreaded calling there for years.
A wonderful conversation with Dr Mcphail .. very supportive once I was understood .. she took time to care .. when I said goodbye to the three secretaries one just looked at me and didn’t respond …I felt I should have addressed it with her but she is a long term employee and I didn’t want to take her away from her focus by bothering her further. God bless you all for the great work you do

This isn't about my regular family doctor Dr.Valente this is about the on call nurse. Anytime I have the misfortune of having to see her over my family doctor I always leave shocked at the level of rudeness and uncaring I recieve. Anytime I am placed with her, the way she speaks to me makes me feel as though I've just ruined her day and greatly inconvenienced her with my issues.
