This is by far the worst clinic in Thunder Bay!! Hands down. Good luck trying to get an appointment. They treat you like garbage and you have to wait sometimes six months to be able to see a doctor or a nurse practitioner. And when you called to try to book an appointment, they just tell you to come to their walk-in clinic.
The receptionist is not nice at the doctor’s office.
I'm one of Dr McLeans original patients, she looks after me like I was family. I love this clinic.
Amazing now...no more Karens working at the front desk or as my son referred to her, "The Dragon Lady". I dreaded calling there for years.
