Everyone in this office is friendly, compassionate, empathetic and genuinely wants to help. This is my favorite dental office. Their team did an amazing job on my teeth. I look forward to my next appointment with them. ( January 2025 ) Dr Jayden Penkala is no longer at this office. (2026 August 15) They still have the same staff which I am thankful for.
The staff here is caring and warm, efficient and friendly. My dentist is great, clearly explains the issues and what can be done to correct or fix them.
I have had 3 appointments at this dental practice; an exam, one filling and a cleaning. Everyone employed here; Dr. Jaedyn, the hygienists and the front desk staff are all friendly and professional. Dr. Jaedyn and both hygienists have all been very gentle but thorough with me. As a senior with no dental insurance, I am pleased that charges do not exceed the BC Dental Association’s guide.
If you are looking for a dental team, try Harbourview. The team is wonderful and efficient with friendly staff throughout.
Harbourview is the best! Excellent communication, the best staff from reception ,CDA and Dentist, affordable prices...that are provided up front. Highly recommend!
