I was a faceless voice on the phone simply calling about a rental for my daughter that it turned out was already rented. It would have been easy for the answering gentleman to simply hang up after that. Instead, he took time to discuss other rental options, talk about present conditions, and sent me an extensive MLS listing of units available from many other companies, where they obviously wouldn't make a dime. I have worked with Fudgy and the Harbourtowne team for years now. Fudgy is a great Broker In Charge and runs a tight ship. His attention to detail and focus on ACTION vs. small talk is best-in-class.

Very disappointed in this agency. Had a written agreement with the selling agent (who was also the owner), had a verbal agreement on changes, and in the time between the last phone call and final signatures being sent in, they went with another offer. While this is technically not illegal it's still very poor business dealings and I wouldn't recommend it to other customers - no one wants the home they think they're buying to be suddenly jerked out from under them after an agreement is reached.
