Had what we needed for our old vacuum When we needed a belt for old upright vacuum cleaner that we inherited from my grandmother, the folks here were able to find the right belt for us at an incredibly reasonable price. When my husband had difficulty making it work, they were great at offering their advice to get us back up and cleaning again.

Harbour's Sew & Vac is the epitome of poor business practice I own a top-of-the-line Electrolux vacuum cleaner that needed a carpet-height sensor replaced. I was told it would be ready in one week. After 2 weeks (back from vacation), I went to pick-up my vacuum...I was told "it wasn't ready". The owner said it would be another week before the part would be in. Two weeks later I called them, and once again, said it wasn't ready...for the second time! Never once did they attempt to call ME to keep me apprised of the situation.... read more
