I saw Dr Fernandez here who was very detailed oriented and helpful, explained everything to me and gave prescriptions. Both Alicia and Baylee at the reception were super nice and helpful as well. Got my frame and lenses made here, such cool options to choose from. They applied directly to my insurer and made everything hassle free. Thanks to everyone working there.
Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. She canceled on me for being only 4 minutes late to the promised time of appointment. Please avoid at all cost and do not trust other reviews. Edit: Just a clarification on their reply to my review. I did call them at 4:24pm and the lady said there are no appointments available until a few days later. I said if that's the case, can you confirm if you have that 4:20pm appointment still available? She said yes, if you can make it within "5 minutes or so". The call ended at 4:30pm and ... read more
