I cannot praise the team at Harbourfront Animal Hospital enough. They saw my cat, Pepper, for two last minute emergency visits that could have been disastrous if not for their intervention. They are kind, caring, and so warm, and that’s before I even talk about the services they provide. They took such great care of Pepper, and made sure that we were entirely informed about his diagnosis and treatment instructions. I’m beyond grateful for the vet techs and Dr. Williams. Incredible forensic quality and care to get to the heart (or the kidney) of the matter!!!
New vet took over and the way they run things is not up to my standards at all. Wasn’t even informed of the change. I was very happy with the last vet team as they were closely following my cats weight loss process. That has been completely lost in the transition. I just switched to Harbourfront in January while searching for someone who can be more consistent with my cats journey. They can’t even make sure to have his food which was ordered weeks ago. Harbourfront Animal Hospital is truly and incredibly an excellent animal hospital. I walked in on a Friday, booked an appointment for my dog for the following Monday and by Thursday, my dog had the necessary surgery she needed. They treated my dog as their own and the care surpassed anything I was expecting. I cannot sing their praises enough, the superb customer service and care that Harbourfront Animal Hospital provides, is way beyond what I expected.
