dr Kapur is a terrible dr. No bedside manner always right, talks over the patient, doesn’t listen, dismisses concerns, always have to wait even when arriving early. If u want a caring considerate dr, Go somewhere else.

It’s a shame. I was so looking forward to meeting Dr. Krajewski. Unfortunately, her front facing employee was rude and his desk looked like a rats nest. I’ve heard great things about Dr. K, but hiring someone so rude and disorganized speaks volumes to me about accuracy and security of my personal information. I made my new patient appointment, received numerous reminders and registration requests about my appointment up to just before needing to leave for the appointment. Absolutely LOVE my dr here so after years of convincing i finally talked my husband into getting a PCP. He wanted the same dr. As me but shes on maternity leave so we were told he could see someone else until she comes back. At his very first appointment he knew it was a bad fit. The dr spoke over him, brushed off every concern he brought up and tried forcing referrals for treatment he didnt need or want. Been coming to this practice for while now, still the same thing.not much has changed. Drs don't listen to concerns of patient. don't want to be bothered. Time to get a new dr.

Lazy!!!!!!!! My daughter was a new patient on 6/7/24. Signed an auth so Dr. Can get previous records. New Rx written on 6/7/24. 8/2/24.... still no Rx, b/c prev history not included with new Rx. A simple fax!!!! On 6/7/24...... Lazy
