Harbourbiew Estate 1 is great. The tower located at 10 Navy Wharf Ct, named Vela, is the best of all. The level of service here is superior. The concierge is a star. He's always smiling and so empathetic. Not all towers can say the same about their front desk personel. Condos fees are a little higher but they include energy costs (electricity, A/C, heat, natural gas, security, gardening, etc.) and free access to a shared 33,000 sq ft fitness center (called SuperClub) quite exceptional including a full gym, a jogging track, a... read more
